A Cushman & Wakefield team of Senior Managing Director Guthrie Garvin, Director Michael Gembecki and Associate Alexander Ball represented the seller, The Claudio Family, in the transaction.
Douglas J. Cabral CEO of International Financial Group Ltd. a Mergers and Acquisitions, Insurance and Risk Management, Real Estate, Mortgages and Financial Services firm represented the buyers and structured the deal. International Financial Group also has the property and business listing for Diamond Cove Marina in Montauk, NY.
